Fast Break Lacrosse is designed to help players build skills, confidence, and creativity in a fun, fast-paced environment. Each session combines focused skill development with competitive gameplay to maximize touches, movement, and decision-making.

Why 3 v 3?

The 3 v 3 format keeps players constantly involved in the action, encouraging quick decisions, improved spacing, and increased ball touches. Players develop both offensive and defensive skills while competing in a safe, energetic, and exciting environment.

Whether your player is new to lacrosse or looking to sharpen their game, Fast Break Lacrosse provides a fun and competitive experience focused on development and enjoyment.

Equipment

No equipment needed — just bring your lacrosse stick!

All players are required to have a Triple Double Lacrosse jersey for participation in Fast Break Lacrosse.

• If your player has already purchased a Triple Double Lacrosse jersey, there is no need to purchase another.
• Players who do not already have a jersey must purchase one at the first session.
