SPRING 2026 LACROSSE
Kindergarten & 1st Grade
Our youngest players are introduced to the fundamentals of lacrosse through engaging, age-appropriate instruction and games. At this level, the focus is on developing core skills while fostering a love for the sport.
Players will work on:
Cradling
Scooping (ground balls)
Shooting
Ball control
Introductory passing and catching
Basic defensive concepts
Overall fitness and coordination
Players are also introduced to “Team” concepts — building communication skills, cooperation, and an understanding of how to play and grow together as a group. Sessions are designed around fun, skill-building games that keep players active, engaged, and excited to return each week.
2nd & 3rd Grade
At this stage, players are becoming more independent and comfortable with group instruction. All experience levels are welcome, and athletes are grouped appropriately to ensure the right balance of challenge and development.
Players continue refining fundamental techniques while expanding their understanding of game play and team dynamics.
Players will work on:
Cradling
Scooping
Shooting
Advanced ball control
Catching and passing
Dodging
Defensive positioning
Stronger “TEAM” concepts and overall game awareness
Triple Double Lacrosse creates a supportive and energetic environment where athletes grow technically, physically, and mentally — building both their skills and their confidence.
